We are a certified JBL warranty service center, and can also offer factory kits for JBL, EDEN, McCauley, RCF, Celestion, EAW, Peavey, Cerwin-Vega, PAS, Eminance and Stanford Accoustics; and are continuously adding on new manufacturers. Please determine if your driver is still under warranty, and give us a call !! We will be happy to give you the best quote possible if your warranty has expired. SPEAKER RECONING

If your speaker has a burnt or rubbing voice coil, torn cone, or other major damage, then speaker reconing might be right for you. Our aftermarket kits are of the highest quality available, and offer you the opportunity to save BIG BUCKS over what a factory kit would normally cost. Don’t be fooled by cheap ripoffs; these kits and coils are made in the U.S.A. (NOT FOREIGN MADE!!!!) and usually include a factory spec cone, coil and gasket. The voice coil assemblies are usually manufactured by the same company which sells to many of the major manufacturers!! Our speaker reconing service includes:

*Strip and clean old surround material and gasket

*Thoroughly clean voice coil gap

*Replacement of the entire moving assembly: (voice-coil, spider, cone, surround, dust cap, gasket, and lead wires)

*Full test on completed repair

*1 year warranty on pro-audio, 90 days on home stereo and automotive

Although there are literally thousands of speakers, we have a list of what an aftermarket kit will generically cost you INSTALLED professionally. Some extras MIGHT add on or subtract from these prices such as upgrading to an edge wound coil or downgrading to a round wound coil. **Some kits are $8 more for an edgewound coil, some are $5 less if you prefer roundwound. We try to keep parts as close to original as possible, but are happy to either “beef up” your speaker or find an affordable solution for you.

**Prices DO NOT include return shipping. We do NOT charge “handling” to jack-up the price, just the lowest cost return shipping; typically UPS ground (unless you request differently).

TO Peavey, or not to Peavey

We now offer Peavey REPLACEMENT BASKET RECONING at a fraction of the new “field basket” price. Just send us in your old basket and we will ship it back good as new. Have a couple laying around? Give us a call!! We can offer you cash for your blown basket, or apply discounts to your other speaker and pro audio needs (on anything found at the website!).

*Please send Fed Ex or UPS "Please do not send through the US Mail!!"

*REMOVE SPEAKERS FROM CABINETS ($20 removal fee otherwise)

*Cover the cone with cardboard

*Wrap in bubble wrap or newspaper

*Try to find a carton with excess room on the sides (larger than the speaker)

*DO NOT USE STYROFOAM PEANUTS

*Include a return address (INSIDE the box as well) along w/ a description of the problem
